Routemark

Routemark for teams

Routemark is free on your own machine. The team service at team.routemark.ai gathers the facts of your team's delegated work, from every member's machine, into one record for your organisation.

The price

  • Free for one person: everything on your machine, no key.
  • A key per person per month. The first thirty days are free, counted once from the day your organisation's first key is made. A card is asked for when your organisation's first key is made. Cancelling is a link on your organisation's page.
  • Never a fee on tokens, and your provider keys never touch Routemark.

The price is twenty US dollars per person per month.

What leaves your machine, and what never does

  • What leaves: run ids, project names (never a path), the harness, its version, provider and model, the delegate's usage as its harness counted it (tokens, steps, the size its session stood at, and the harness's own figure for an attempt's cost), your Controller's own usage, timings, outcomes, attempts, attribution and the category picked with it (one of five fixed words, never free text), verdicts with the harness and model that gave each, whether each credential scan was clean, and the facts of a merge, among them whether its run was started open or sandboxed. For each judged attempt and each merge, its checks: each check's number, whether it is hidden, its result and, for a check that is not hidden, the first word of its command where that word is a plain tool name such as pytest (a hidden check's is never sent); for a merge, also whether a check that did not pass was accepted at the merge. Also the person each task is for, the Controller that started it, how many tasks your Controller did itself, the machine label you type and a random id of the Routemark home it came from; a hash of each task's kind; and the document's own format number, Routemark version, the time it was made, the organisation's name, its notes and how many of its tasks have no cost on record. For a task still waiting on a review or an answer: its run id, project, person, Controller, what it waits on and since when.
  • What never leaves: task text, the contract, code, file names, diffs, a delegate's questions, or any log.

Task text, and a task's kind as written rather than its hash, leave only where a project's own file says so. You can read exactly what would be sent, on your machine, before anything is sent and after: the developer docs say how.

Getting a key

  1. An admin signs in at team.routemark.ai, makes an organisation, and makes a key for one person.
  2. The key is shown once. The admin passes it to that person.
  3. That person runs routemark console, opens its Organisations page, pastes the key into the Member key field and chooses Check key. Check key shows the key's person and organisation, and sends no task record.
  4. Connect and start sending completes it.

A key is never put in through the command line. Only a project whose own file names the organisation sends anything.

A vendor's API credits

As of 2026-10-10, by Anthropic's own terms, a Max plan gives you monthly API credits that you cannot spend inside interactive Claude Code; a delegate can.
